How long does the hair last?
All wigs can last 2-3 years or more with proper care and maintenance.
How long will it take to receive my item?
After orders are placed, they are confirmed within 24 hours. Most items require a 7-21 business day processing time. Shipping time is 1-4 business days. Items are shipped via USPS. Items are shipped out based on their availability.

What type of hair does IfeSlaysHair sell?
We sell 100% virgin human hair.(Brazilian and Peruvian) RAW hair coming soon.
What is the difference between a factory/premade wig and a handmade/machine made wig?
A factory/premade wig is a wig that has been constructed in a factory. These types of wigs usually automatically come with an adjustable band and clips inside. They are made with one length of hair and go by densities. (Refer to images below)
A handmade wig is a wig that is constructed by hand by using a needle and thread to sew the hair to a wig cap.
A machine made wig is a wig that is constructed using a sewing machine. (Service not available at the moment)
What are ready to ship wigs? Made to order wigs? Refurbished wigs?
Ready to ship wigs are custom units that are available at the time of purchase and are ready to ship by the next day. Shipping time is between 1-4 business days.
Made to order wigs are custom wigs that are purchased for pre order. They are posted on the site as reference. These wigs are custom wigs that come in that exact length and style. If you’re looking to get a different custom unit, you can refer to the “Build A Wig” tab.
Refurbished wigs are wigs that have been previously worn. They have been shampooed, deep conditioned, and re-styled for purchase. These revived wigs are marked down due to them being previously worn. Please be mindful of purchasing. The lace has been already cut and hair may be subject to some shedding due to use. These wigs are ready to ship by the next day. Shipping time is 1-4 business days.
What is transparent lace? Swiss brown lace? HD lace?
Transparent lace is a light colored/whitish lace that is more suitable for lighter to medium toned people.
Swiss brown lace is a medium brown lace that is more suitable for darker toned people.
HD lace is the thinnest lace on the market, it is more expensive compared to other lace. It melts into any skin tone due to how thin it is and it has a neutral color to it.
What is the difference between closures (4x4,5x5,6x6,7x7) ?
The numbers refer to the width and length of a closure. A 4x4 closure is the smallest and the least versatile. As the numbers go up, the versatility increases. (Refer to images below)
What is density ?
Density is defined as how thick or thin the hair on your lace wig will be. The most popular percentages are between 150%-200%. The average human head is considered to be between 100%-120%. (Refer to images below)
I provide densities from 130% (thinnest)- 250% (thickest).
What is the difference between a 13*4 and 13*6 frontal?
A 13’4 frontal/frontal wig is 13 inches wide and 4 inches long. A 13’6 frontal/frontal wig is 13 inches wide and 6 inches long. 13*6 frontals enable deeper parting spaces. Sometimes these wigs come with only a deep parting space in the middle & shorter on the sides or a deep parting space throughout the frontal.
What is a full lace wig? 360 wig?
A full lace wig is a factory made wig that comes with lace throughout the whole wig. It comes with an adjustable band and clips. This type of wig is suitable for more versatile looks like ponytails, buns, corn rows, etc.
A 360 wig is a factory made wig that comes with lace only on the perimeter of the wig. There is wefts sewn in the middle. It comes with an adjustable band and clips. This type of wig is less versatile than a full lace wig. It is suitable for buns and ponytails.
What if the wig does not fit?
All wigs come with an adjustable band and clips to be able to adjust a wig to your head size. All wigs sold by IfeSlaysHair LLC. come in a standard size which is medium. These wig caps are stretchy. If you need a certain size (small, medium, large) you can write it in the notes section when you reach the actual page of the product.
